The Kinkades - Bette and Jerry
K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast owner, Jerry Kinkade, is a native of Cody. His father was one of the original 13 highway patrolmen for the state of Wyoming. He later became the Chief of Police in Cody and then on to become the Sheriff for over 18 years. This kept Jerry on the straight and narrow for all of these years! (Yeah, sure!)
Being a Wyoming University graduate, ex-city councilman, member of several civic organizations and a past president of Cody's riding club has made Jerry an expert at telling tall stories about Cody and its past history.
Bette, Jerry's wife, is a graduate from Principia. She taught school in Cody for several years and finished up her working career as a librarian for over 20 years.
Bette and Jerry have two grown children, Heather and Erik and one grandchild, Quinn. They also have one dog (Buddy), one cat (Hawkeye) and two trick horses (Stormy and Zip).
